I’ve struggled with vulnerability most of my life - I struggled with it my entire professional career. In my head, I told myself I wasn’t good enough and if people found out who I really was they would reject me so I’ve always tried to appear perfect, or just stay small and not be seen. I didn’t know what else to do. The pain and shame were too much to feel.
